Strategic Planning

Vendor Selection

ACE, as part of your selection team, reviews the RFQ responses for completeness and fit with the project’s needs and goals. Our insider knowledge will help strip away the marketing fluff, distill and define all the services required by our client, and then the client will select the prime vendor candidate for the technology or solution procurement. We can also review OPEX or CapEX financing options.


SLED - STATE LoCAL & Education Clients

ACE, over the years has developed knowledge and skills in assisting State, Local and Education clients, using Cooperative Purchasing Contracts, such as Sourcewell, or NASPO plus our insider knowledge to assist public organizations to get the best pricing avialable, and allowing them include products and services they originally thought would be outside their budgets. We have done this on CapEX projects as well as OPEX project, often right-sizing carrier services to allow Cities to get new voice systems AND reduce their overall monthly expense.



VOice/VoIP Solution design

With our solution certification qualifications, and insider industry knowlege, using “Magic Quadrant” manufacturers, and our unique 6D Discovery process, ACE will, with the assistance of your key people, develop a Solution Design to meet your project criteria. ACE will then coordinate techology, proof of concept demonstrations that will assist our clients in finding which voice technology solution works best for them.


Technology Procurement

This where ACE’s insider knowledge and aquisition acument differentiates us from the others. ACE knows were the manufacturers and vendors hide their incentives and “money buckets”, the things such as upgrades, service SLAs, hidden trip-charges, trade-in promos, marketing incentives, and other money that often get left on the negoitiating table. ACE gets these, and more for our clients, without damaging the vendor’s desire to do the project.


Other Services - E911 & Support Agreements

Twenty States have already passed E911 legislation requiring higher levels emergency services notifications for workplaces. Saftey conscious corporations and government agencies are already looking to adopt this technology ahead of any California legislation ACE has years of exerience working with the lead provider of E911 solotions. The provider that is the backbone of the current E911 system.



Solution selection

ACE then sends out Request for Quotations (RFQ) to the best local suppliers, for their pricing, including implementation, support programs, unique offerings, including special concessions, rebates, trade-ins, discounts, and “do-it-now” incentives. This includes long-term manufacturer commitments to support our clients pricing and services going forward. We also do endpoint evalutions so you get the right solution on the desktop, virtual or physical.


Implementation and Project Management

As an added service, and at additional price ACE also offers Implementation and Project Management services. This can be a simple as interfacing with the selected vendor to assist in those many details that can crop up between contract approval and solution cutover. ACE can also assist in complex, multi-site, inter-regional or national implementations where more intensive assistance it required.


FInancing - private Cloud/Public Cloud

ACE has decades of experience offering full-service options for Private-Cloud Solutions. Private-Cloud solutions can offer mid-market client the ability to better harden selection business sites, such as a headquarters, or important contact centers or Business Groups needing 7/24/365 always up capablity. ACE’s inside knowledge of how to package these financial solutions can help clients actually reduce the monthy cost versus standare Public-Cloud offerings, and even given them better end-user acceptance and implementation outcomes.
